Q: Do you accept returns on purchases?
A: No, all sales are final. But, we will reconsign an item for you.
Q: Do you take trades?
A: No, we do not trade items in the store, but if you have a balance on your account we can use that money against other purchases as store credit.
Q: Do you take items from a smoking household?
A: No, we can't take items that smell strongly of smoke, pets, etc for allergy reasons.
Q: Do you accept vintage fur?
A: No, we do not take any real fur, only faux.
Q: Do you consign all sizes?
A: Yes!
Q: Is your shop wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes, we have a portable ramp for the side door. (Because the building is historical, the front door was built with a big step up unfortunately.) Just let us know, and we can put the ramp out in moments.
Q: Where do you donate expired items?
A: We are currently donating to William Temple House.
Q: Do you call consignors and tell them their clothing has expired?
A: No, we just have people mark the expiration date in their calendars.
Q: What holidays are you closed for during for the year?
A: We are closed on: New Year's Day, The 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
